We’re almost done with our 30-day challenge so as we wrap up, I want you to focus on self-care. Embody feeling through a simple wellness ritual that can incorporate the 5 senses. It can be whatever you like, my personal favorite is a long bath but it can be something totally different for you. Do something for yourself and really show yourself gratitude for making it this far on our journey!
