Welcome to Day 9 of our morning yoga challenge! I’m going to take you through a stretchy yoga class for flexibility with our intention of the day being LEARN. This is suitable for all levels and no props are required. We will do poses like cat and cow, three legged dog, modified side plank and sphinx.
