This is an intermediate Vinyasa Flow yoga class focusing heavily on core strength. Get ready to do some abdominal exercises, back strengthening poses and hip flexor stretches. Because this is an intermediate class it is fairly fast paced and we move through sequences dynamically by staying connected to our breath.
