Hey yogis, I’ve got a bit of a unique class for you today. In this 15 minute practice, all we’re going to do is child’s pose. In times of stress and discomfort, child’s pose can soothe our nervous system, calm our busy minds and help us tap into our hearts. I’ll take you through a few variations of child’s pose but truly the only “goal” here is to release and relax.
