This is a replay of the live class I did on May 27th on YouTube! It’s an all levels morning flow to get you ready for the day ahead. It’s a stretchy class with a bit of strength built in. We will end class with sama vritti pranayama which is our box breath.
The class will be 30 minutes long and no props will be necessary. I look forward to being on the mat with you in real time so we can flow together 🙂
