Hey everyone, recently I was asked to do a tutorial on malasana pose, a yogi squat, also sometimes called garland pose. This asana requires quite a bit of external hip rotation so it can be tricky if you are new to yoga. This pose targets your hips, inner thighs and spine. I’ll show you other poses you can do to prepare for malasana and also how to make the pose easier and more challenging.
