Overview

Welcome to this morning’s short and energizing yoga flow. We’ll begin our day by focusing on the flow of our breath, setting an intention and stretching from head to toe. You’ll want to have two blocks for our practice today as they’ll really help us target our hips and hamstrings.

This class is suitable for all experience levels, beginners and intermediate students alike! These short morning yoga classes are a great way to put yourself first and to really set the tone for the rest of your day. We’ll start with a seated sequence to get some movement into the spine before focusing on our lower body through standing poses. We’ll finish our practice together with a short 1 minute meditation.
