It’s time to get creative! Grab your blocks and join me in this 35 minute power yoga class for strength, balance and flexibility. We’re going to use the blocks to put a spin on traditional yoga poses and transitions. Blocks are an amazing way to evolve and progress your practice.
This is an intermediate practice and similar to iron yoga as the blocks can be used to add weight to your poses. Rest assured we’ll have a nice cooldown stretch at the end. Remember, sometimes the real challenge is mental just as much as it is physical! You can do it!!
