September 2023 Vlog

September is going to be a busy month! I’ll be releasing 6 classes and we will also have a bonus class from a guest teacher and a great friend of mine, Greta Hill! Our challenge this month is a “choose your own adventure” yin and yang challenge. I’ll let you know what I’ve been up to in August and what I’ll be working on over the next few weeks.
