Hi everyone, thank you for joining me! Today’s class is all about TWISTS and side bends to give you a boost of energy, improve spinal health and work on digestion. This is a 15 minute intermediate vinyasa flow yoga class with lots of variations on camel pose, high lunge and pigeon pose to challenge you and stretch from head to toe.
I filmed this class on my phone while at a cottage so I apologize that it isn’t the usual high quality, but it was so beautiful where I was I couldn’t resist popping my phone out and winging it!
