I’ve been practicing yoga with Kassandra for 3 years now and was so excited to find out she was coming out with an app. Her app does not disappoint! You can set an alarm to remind you to practice, you can fill out a daily journal, so many options and all of her practices are available so no more searching through YouTube.
I was watching Kassandra’s YouTube channel and doing yoga there. I figured why bother with the app. But I tried the free week and I was hooked. I love having the calendar to track what I’m doing. It makes me feel like I more accountable to being committed to do yoga every day. I also love that you can schedule classes. And she has a classes for each day of the month. Like a set suggestion. I enjoy these classes so much! Thanks for a great app!
