Welcome to Day 17 of the Morning Yoga Movement! In today’s class we will focus on our arms to build upper body strength. A number of today’s poses and stretches can be added in to your daily routine to tone the arms, as well as strengthen the hands, wrists, and shoulders. Your core will get a bit of a workout as well!
