Overview

Good morning! Let’s set our intention for the day ahead by moving our bodies and taking some deep, centering breaths. This 10 minute vinyasa flow class will help wake you up through simple movements to strengthen, tone and stretch your body. This is an all levels practice suitable for everyone and no props are required.

I would love for you to make morning yoga a priority by flowing with my every day! I swear just a little bit of yoga every day has the power to change your life.
