    Thank you Kassandra. I have been in a funk these past few weeks-not motivated to do anything. Therefore my word today is- get going. Your session really energized me. A question- what modifications would you suggest for those with wrist and knee issues? Thanks again- see you on the mat again tomorrow. Radhika

      Radhika, for your knee issues – when resting knee on the floor- always pad it. At standing poses – go slowly to your current 80%, do no push it and make your muscles stronger over time to support the knee. I had have wrist issues for a long time and had to stand on my fists instead of palms to alleviate the pain and injury. Sometimes i did the dolphin instead of downward-dog even and forearm plank instead of plank. Using blocks also helps.

Hey everyone, welcome to my channel. Today I’m offering you a 15 minute morning yoga class to stretch your entire body and give you a boost of energy for the day ahead. This is a great to start your day with clarity and intention.

No props are needed for this practice and I’d say it’s best suited for intermediate students. We’ll work on balance a bit as well as hip flexibility. This yoga class will give you a boost of energy in the morning. I hope you enjoy it!
