Welcome, thank you so much for joining my in this 20 minute vinyasa flow yoga class for flexibility. This is an intermediate class which focuses on stretching your body from head to toe to improve mobility and get you feeling really good. I’m calling this a “sweet release” practice as I want you to really soften in the poses and enjoy the process.
If you’ve got flexibility goals, these poses will help you get there! We’ll mix static and dynamic stretches to give you the best of both worlds. Ideal for yogis who are short on time but want to stretch their entire body.
No props are required so when you’re ready, just meet me on your mat and let’s flow together!

Sometimes in pigeon the leg that is bent i can get tingles in my foot is that ok? Nothing pinching.
If it is tingling it is still an indication to ease off. I might suggest trying a block or bolster or even cushion or rolled towel under the hips to lift them up higher and see if this eases the tingling

Perfect stretch after doing strength training today. I hane a hard time woth reverse table too. What can I do to ger better at it? Is it a shoulder mobility issue?
Is that where you’re feeling the resistance? If so then yes try stretches specifically targeting this area.

Bases on the comments I wasn‘t sure if I should do this practice in the morning or evening. I chose the latter. Great stretches to unwind from the day. Sone poses reminded me of one of my favorite practices. Heart opening fliow❤️🤗

Did this sequence after having a cold for a few days and being achy. The pacing and gentleness of this class is good for those sickay
