Hey everyone, today’s intermediate vinyasa flow class has a little bit of everything. This will work on strength, flexibility and balance. This can be practiced at any time of the day and there are no props required. You’ll get a really well-rounded vinyasa yoga practice in just 30 minutes.
This is a true intermediate practice with a few challenges thrown in to help you build strength and improve your balance. We’ll flow from high lunge to side plank, twisted pigeon, variations of warrior 3 and more. Both my cats make a short appearance in today’s class 🙂 Hope you enjoy it!

Love it, I feel so energized now. Warrior 3 is hard for me, especially on my weaker side, I have to practise more. I love the 30 min duration, that I can squeeze into my easily. Yes, more of this, please. Thank you, Kassandra!
Thank you Kassandra, that was great. I’d been missing my practises a bit lately so was great to get stuck back in and managed well but man was warrior three difficult..! Got a target now to keep me motivated to make sure I make the time for my practise.
30 – 40 minute full body yoga classes are my favourites… thanx .-)
