Hey everyone, today’s intermediate vinyasa flow class has a little bit of everything. This will work on strength, flexibility and balance. This can be practiced at any time of the day and there are no props required. You’ll get a really well-rounded vinyasa yoga practice in just 30 minutes.

This is a true intermediate practice with a few challenges thrown in to help you build strength and improve your balance. We’ll flow from high lunge to side plank, twisted pigeon, variations of warrior 3 and more. Both my cats make a short appearance in today’s class πŸ™‚ Hope you enjoy it!

    This flow is my fav, still teying ro thread the needle on the right side though. I can achieve on the left perfectly. I love how it makes me feel after, as if im now activated and fully charged.
