Hey everyone, today’s intermediate vinyasa flow class has a little bit of everything. This will work on strength, flexibility and balance. This can be practiced at any time of the day and there are no props required. You’ll get a really well-rounded vinyasa yoga practice in just 30 minutes.
This is a true intermediate practice with a few challenges thrown in to help you build strength and improve your balance. We’ll flow from high lunge to side plank, twisted pigeon, variations of warrior 3 and more. Both my cats make a short appearance in today’s class 🙂 Hope you enjoy it!

Love it, I feel so energized now. Warrior 3 is hard for me, especially on my weaker side, I have to practise more. I love the 30 min duration, that I can squeeze into my easily. Yes, more of this, please. Thank you, Kassandra!
Thank you Kassandra, that was great. I’d been missing my practises a bit lately so was great to get stuck back in and managed well but man was warrior three difficult..! Got a target now to keep me motivated to make sure I make the time for my practise.

Quite challenging for me and I loved it ! I m doing 10-15 mins sequences everyday and when on day off I like to do 30 mins and sometimes more. I would love to see more class like this one. Sending you lot of love

Oh my goodness ! I have been doing this since January and for the first time, mt body allowed me to do thread the needle whilst in pigeon on my right side ! Im so chuffed with myslef. My right sides to will remain hopeful haha thank you Kassandra Namaste
This flow is my fav, still teying ro thread the needle on the right side though. I can achieve on the left perfectly. I love how it makes me feel after, as if im now activated and fully charged. Thank you Kassandra and forgive my typos, maybe its my eyesight i should be working on haha 🤭 namaste 🙏
Where does the issue on the right come up? Have you tried propping up?
