    Amazing. I loved every pose. I even put the recording on pause and stayed in each pose for twice the time. After a 3 1/2 hr snow covered trail walk, this was perfect.

    Really relaxing. I felt my entire body come back to life as my circulation was present in areas that were bothering me. I love waterfall pose and even all of the other poses that we all practiced. This was much needed. My mom is 91 and I’ve come to sit with her from out of town. She is definitely nearing the end of her beautiful life and as selfish as this may seem I’m not ready. GOD only knows when this time comes and I’ll keep it at that. She’s a Mom that all kids would love to have. Kassandra’s group has commented and prayed for my Mom and she is so appreciative. She survived Covid about 5 months ago and I’m quite sure this is from residual affects. Thank you for this practice, I’ll be needing this again soon.

Are you feeling a little bit frazzled, worn out, fatigued or stressed? This 30 minute yin yoga class might be just what you need. This is a gentle therapeutic practice to alleviate stress and anxiety and soothe your nervous system. I’ll be using a bolster to make the poses extra comfortable but if you don’t have one, just grab a few bed pillows or a couch cushion.

This is a wonderful practice for anyone with adrenal fatigue, hormonal imbalances and high levels of stress and anxiety. Cleo joins me a bit in this one too which is always a nice treat 🙂
