Welcome, thanks for joining me in today’s 30 minute slow flow deep stretch yoga practice! This is an intermediate class which focuses on stretching your body from head to toe to improve mobility and get you feeling really good. This is great if you have tight hips and we’ll also work on some hamstring stretches, backbends and shoulder openers.
No props are needed and we’ll go through poses like cow face pose, pigeon, standing splits, square pose bow and triangle.
Kassandra is salty and lit! She is salt of the Earth and a light on a hill cannot be hid!! Bless you and your family. I am greatful I got my mom in Cali doing YWK. This is a really wonderful practice for anyone who does a lot of bicycling. I’m an ultra endurance cyclist and think it hit many of the places that get tight – hips, legs, chest, etc. Only body part missing from this routine is neck stretches.
Suggestion to create a playlist for cyclists?

Ahhhh….this was perfect. I have been doing a lot of vinyasa classes and my muscles were sore. This was an excellent class to slow it down and stretch a bit!

Such an energising practice. Square pose bow was the trickiest for me. I wasn’t able to bend very far at all…yet.
It’s a tricky one, and by no means do you need to be able to get “far”
