I loved the inversions and the twists, especially those with the strap! Thanks so much, Kassandra
This was the best class if the series! I was able to feel each Chakra, some much stronger than others.

Thank you so much, Kassandra!!! You’ve brought me on my mat every single day and made my body feel sooo good. I’ve been following your channel since a long time and have done multiple challenges. I would say you’ve been there with me through my roughest days and made me and my body feel so amazing by being a channel to connect with myself. God bless your soul and much much love to you. Please always keep doing what you do 🙏🏻 Grateful to you forever!!

Amazing! 🌈
Do you believe that I could improve my pineak gland cyst and low cortisol levels with chakra yoga? Have you ever heard of this? I find this all curious as MDs say there is no connection. But can’t explain many of my health issues.
Something to definitely ask to someone who works more with the chakras than a standard doctor. Perhaps you can find a more holistic practitioner to offer some more insight.
