Sorry but I couldn’t handle her voice. Just being honest. It’s a deal breaker for me.
Yeah, I don’t think it is nice to say, however it is an important feature. I didn’t go past introduction because of the voice and way of speaking.
It wasn’t very well put together and i also found her voice hard to cope with. There are so many other great 30 min videos in your library!
Misleading title – it’s extremely basic,, not in keeping with the other sessions in this October challenge.
Very different practice. It was a good reminder of small ways to challenge ourselves even more during some routine poses. I enjoyed the variety of having a “guest” instructor (spoiled with Kassandra) for my morning routine
