Hey yogis, next up in the vin to yin series is the heart chakra. This is an hour long practice that will focus on removing tension physically and energetically from our hearts as a way to cultivate love, forgiveness and compassion. You can expect some backbends and shoulder stretches in this practice. Have some blocks for this one!

This class felt fantastic and also helped me realize I have some work to do in this energy area.

  2. Anastasia Paveloff

This is such a beautiful class, Kassandra. Thank you from my heart. I was originally compelled to subscribe to your app, because of this Vin-to-Yin Chakra Series, and I love it. If you’re ever moved to record more classes for moving energy, for the meridians, for unconditional love, peace, and different states of being, combined with the elements, moon cycles, chakras, Hindu goddesses/gods, or anything along those lines, I’d ADORE that. Thank you for being you and offering your creative yoga to the world. Oh, my! Could you create some Vin-to-Yin flows for CREATIVITY?! (Pretty please!) Namaste!

  3. Sarah Durrett

I love this whole series. Thank you.

  4. Crystal Rank

Very thought- provoking intro. Peactice gave me great awareness as to how ‘rigid’ my heart chakra felt 🙂

Today I used this as a prevention method, knowing some hard heart things are coming. Thank you for reminding me to stay vulnerable and soft.
