Enjoy a 30 min yoga class with slow transitions and deep hip openers. I love to practice yoga nice and slow, imagining that I was moving in a big jar of honey to really feel the resistance against my movements! This class focuses on slow and controlled transitions to really feel the juiciness in each and every pose. It’s a whole different kind of challenge that will help you improve your balance and tune into the muscles required in poses that you might not feel when you move too quickly.
