Namaste yogis, this Vin to Yin chakra class is all about the third eye! The themes related to this chakra are intuition, perception, perspective and insight. We’ll do poses that apply pressure to the third eye area while also doing some mild inversions. This is a great full body yoga class with a bit of everything mixed in for a well balanced flow. We’ll start with a dynamic vinyasa practice and end with yin yoga. Have a block close by.

    Have you ever heard that a pineal gland cyst and lack of hormones like cortisol can be influenced with chakra yoga? I won’t ask my doctor… but it doesn’t hurt to try while getting check-ups. Is the pineal gland related to something spiritual?
