A dynamic yoga class for core strength and deep twists, great for intermediate students. This is a live group class I recorded with some of my favorite students ๐ This intermediate vinyasa flow yoga class will strengthen your core and help you get deeper into twists. We do some floor core work followed by some standing poses like chair twist, revolved triangle and exalted warrior. You will need to have one block to do this class! This was my first time filming a live yoga class and it was a lot of fun.
