Hey everyone, in today’s video I’m going to share with you the best yoga poses to get you into the splits. This is the stretching routine I’ve been doing once to three times a week to achieve my front splits. It only takes about 15 minutes and has given me great results in about 5 weeks.

This front splits yoga tutorial will go over poses that deeply stretch the hamstrings, hip flexors, calves and quads so that you can ease your way into the splits gradually over time. I use a lot of props for this so I recommend that you have at least two blocks. I’m also using the wall and some stairs as well as a 9 inch exercise ball.
