Welcome to Day 2 of our morning yoga challenge! I’m going to take you through a stretchy yoga class for flexibility with our intention of the day being DREAM. This is suitable for all levels and no props are required. We will do poses like neck release, head to knee, baby camel pose and seated twist.

The “Flexible Body, Flexible Mind” 30 day morning yoga challenge is designed to help you stretch on and off the mat. This is a free yoga challenge suitable for all levels with no props required.     I have been doing yoga on and of over last 25-30 years. Different styles depending on stages of my life. Different teachers and classes and since corona lockdown I have supplemented the classes with online yoga classes. I have just recently qtarted with your app Kassandra, and I must say: you are a really good instructor. I find new things in the poses through your guidiance. That is really nice. Thank you.
