Hey everyone, welcome back! I’m so happy to be bringing you an hour long beginner yoga class. Even though it was made with beginners in mind, it’s a lovely class for all levels.
This 60 minute beginner yoga class will focus on strength, flexibility and balance. It’s a well-rounded practice for all experience levels. We move in and out of the poses fairly slowly to build body awareness and improve balance. I’m not using any props for this practice but you may want to have a block close by.
Most of the classes I’ve been doing lately have been intermediate to advanced so I thought it’d be nice to do a beginner friendly flow! This class will help you improve flexibility and build the foundational strength necessary to progress into your practice.
