Hi everyone, thanks for tuning in. I’m going to take you through this gentle and peaceful 10 minute yoga practice that you can do in the evening or right before bed. It’s a full body flexibility stretch to relax your muscles and get you ready for a great night’s sleep. Of course, it can be done at any time of the day, but I personally think it makes for a perfect bedtime practice.

If you wanted to you could even do this class directly in bed. Rather than coming out of savasna at the end, I will leave you in this pose so that those of you doing this class in bed can tuck yourself under the covers and drift off to sleep.

I’m using one strap in this class but it’s optional and not necessary. This 10 minute bedtime yoga class is suitable for all levels. Enjoy!
