Join our guest instructor Sean Vigue in this hour long vinyasa flow practice focusing on balance, strength, alignment and stamina. This is a well-rounded practice best suited for intermediate students and no props are used.

    I managed this class pretty well, followed without breaks. I think I will feel some soreness from it tomorrow, especially in the hamstrings, great many forward folds. It definitely is an entire body flow, the pace of it really allowed focus on what you were doing and required absolute muscle engagement.     This class was simply put OUTSTANDING! I use to go to the gym alot and loved doing more endurance or high intesity training but got away from that area. Yoga has added an abundance of value and positive impact on my physical as well as mental health. With that said, Sean, your class was a combination of two worlds i love and i am grateful to have found your class in Yoga with Kassandra. Your classes are going to be an amazing addition for my growth and it was oh so enjoyable! You are funny btw.
