Full body 60 min vinyasa flow for flexibility This flow will guide you through some strong warrior poses and standing poses to help you develop flexibility in the hips, hamstrings and shoulders. You will also have the option to do crow pose if you’re working on upper body strength and some fun transitions.     One of my favorites! I love the hourlong classes. Question if you have time to answer, when doing that variation of lizard pose, I find the hip/leg that is straight wanting to rotate out. Is that natural, or should I try to keep it facing the floor? Thanks!
