    I really love the vin part, but I do always struggle with yin – especially 3-5 min is too long for me to not get restless. And the shoelace is reall hard, I can hardly bent the knees over each other and it hurts a bit to fold. So I am just holding on, but I had to shorten the time. I will keep practising this.

The first 30 minutes of this class will be a dynamic Vinyasa flow that will incorporate twists and backbends. The last 30 minutes of the class will be yin yoga to get into some hip openers and gentle twists.
