Hey yogis, in this yin yoga class I’ll take you through a sequence I’ve been doing a lot lately! This is great for your hips, shoulders and spine and best suited for intermediate students. Beginners can certainly do this class as well but you might want to have some extra blankets, blocks or pillows if the poses are too intense. Two blocks are needed for this class or you can use some couch cushions or pillows. Just grab whatever you have around the house 🙂 We’ll begin with a grounding meditation to set the tone for our practice. This is a great yin yoga class to do to alleviate stress and anxiety. It also features my cat Cleo 😉 Enjoy!
