As an experienced yoga student, I can tell this is a great routine. However, the instructions were often unclear and I found it hard to keep up because it wasn’t clear what I was supposed to be doing. Slower, clearer instructions would make this routine a complete gem. Unfortunately, I stopped midway due to frustrated confusion.
