Hey yogis, here’s a simple practice you can do before going to bed tonight to transition into a good night’s sleep! This is a simple sequence great for beginners and the only prop you need is a wall. This is a great class to do before going to bed or sometime in the evening to release the tension from your day. We’ll stretch the entire body in a gentle way to get rid of any aches and pains that might be present. We’ll end with legs up the wall which is my all time favorite yoga pose for sleep! Enojy!
