This 10 minute morning practice is intended to melt away tension from your hips, hamstrings, and lower back. This is a wonderful sequence to do if you spend a lot of time sitting or if you wake up with aches and pains. This yoga class is suitable for all experience levels and no props are needed.
If you’re looking to increase your hip flexibility this is a great morning yoga class to do on a regular basis. Enjoy!
Very nice one, thank you!!
Great practice to start the day and perfect for my lower back. As usual I paired it with a 10 min morning vinyasa flow🤗❤️
How lovely!
Thank you! Adding to my favorites!
Me too!
Exactly what I needed this morning 🙏 I woke up thinking let me look up a practice for hips and lower back 🙃 Thank you – this was perfect. Also added to favourites ✨
What timing!!
Loved this! Just what I needed. I think this would be perfect as a quick afternoon stretch or anytime after lots of sitting!
Wonderful
All my favourite stretches in one! Works as a great evening practice too
Happy to hear that
Thank you! Another lovely morning session. Love pigeon pose; one of my favourites.
Me too!
Thanks. Such a lovely morning practice and great to have a short hip practice. Added to my favourites 🙏
So glad
Perfect for me after a long car trip yesterday. Thanks so much 🙂
Glad it was there for you
Great for my hips!

Loved this little practice!!
Lovely.

Love
This was amazing for 10 minutes. I think I need to do this one everyday.
Thank you🥰
Great way to start my day! Thank you 🙏🏽
This was a great release and stretch after an afternoon of cross country skiing yesterday. It chased the stiffness away. Thanks Kassandra!
Perfect
Fantastic start to my day!
Great hip work. Loved this
Lovely start to the day.
Its amazing what 10 minutes can do. Thank you🌻.
It really is!
I love your sequencing!
Thank you
My hips definitely wanted this! I noticed that you take the hip circles as internal rotation, whereas I was taking them ax
* as external rotation. Is this individual body preference, or should I be doing it as internal rotation too? (Apologies for premature submission! )
I loved this morning yoga. I stretched my hips aa they are tight from sitting all day. I feel so good now. Thank you. 🙏
I woke up this morning with tightness in my left hip, which is new. Pulled up this practice. I could actually feel the tissues release from the cross-legged forward fold! Aahhh! Thank you!
