Hi Kassandra, I really love your practices but this one was way too challenging for me. I didn’t not manage to finish it and collapsed on my mat. Ouch 😉

Kassandra when i do one leg loft with the block in bridge pose one of my legs always gets a Charlie horse. Any suggestions? Am i doing something wrong.
