Rise & shine! It’s time for yoga. Begin your day with this soothing 10 minute morning yoga stretch. No props are needed and this is suitable for all experience levels. We’ll go through poses like seated cat and cow, low lunge twist, reclined quad stretch and child’s pose.

This 10 minute yoga class is a great way to start your day with mindfulness and positivity. Enjoy and REMEMBER, a little bit of yoga every day is much better than long sessions done every now and then. I hope you’ll practice again with me tomorrow 🙂
