Hi everyone, I’ve got a new 10 minute morning yoga flow for you and this will really help you stretch your entire body from head to toe. This is a great routine to do every single day to improve flexibility and get a boost of energy. We will have a nice mix of stretch and strength.
No props are needed and we’ll go through poses like deer, reclined pigeon, bridge, modified side plank and sphinx pose.

My intention was Peace
I saw on your page about your burnout, and for a second my mind translated that to you were retiring and I panicked! So I came to watch this, and I am so relieved you will still be teaching! I have been practicing yoga off and on for over 20 years, and for some reason, for periods of time, I find that I don’t practice. I feel SO much better when I have a regular practice. I had wanted to develop a Daily practice at home for years, and once I found you, I finally was able to. There is no one else out there like you. Your classes are perfectly put together for me. Strength, flexibility and balance. Your yin yoga helped me heal my back. You helped me fall back in love with yoga! The thought of losing you made me realize how important you are to me! As a nurse, I truly understand burnout and have been there many times! I am SO glad you are finding balance so you can stay with us for longer. I would MUCH rather have one class a week or one class a month than no class at all!!! All the love to you and thank you for how you have helped do many!

Acceptance. Kassandra, I just want to echo the sentiments of those who commemted on your going through burnout. I too have found yoga through you and develooed a daily practice because of you. I am so glad you are still teaching, but also know you must take care of yourself first. All off us caregivers have learned this and I support you in any decision you make for your own health, mental, spiritual and physical. Amd I too am happy for one class a week or month or whatever you are able to give. You have given this community so much and we are all so very grateful!
