Hi everyone, this week I’m offering you a short 15 minute yoga class that is great to do after a long day. Do it in the late afternoon, evening or bedtime to get rid of the aches and pains from your day and relax your nervous system.
This is a simple and gentle yoga practice suitable for all experience levels and no props are necessary. We’ll hold each pose for about 10 breaths so you can relax fully and practice letting go.
This is a hatha practice but if you enjoy holding poses for a longer time, check out my yin yoga classes. I’ve got a playlist for it right here in the app 🙂
I was able to do this after 8+ hours on Zoom, and it was wonderful! I loved that the poses were held slightly longer, but not quite as long as in yin. Although, I miss yin classes! Any chance there might be some upcoming—maybe themed, with affirmations for love/the heart, money/abundance, or even ease/peace? Thank you, dear Kassandra!

Retired and dont work so I decide to do this as my morning practice! It was a wonderful moring stretch and i finished with a meditation! Thank you for starting my day with a lovely peacefil
