Welcome to Day 28 of the Evening Yoga Movement! Tonight let’s go through a gentle flow to prepare for a good night’s sleep. Like most practices in this challenges, this is a 15 minute slow flow practice suitable for all levels and no props are needed. Get in some comfy pajamas, light a candle and let’s get started. We’ll go through poses like banana, ragdoll, reclined quad stretch and easy twist.
