Welcome to Day 20 of the Evening Yoga Movement! We are officially 2/3 of the way done with the challenge, I can’t believe it! I really hope you’ve been enjoying it so far. Tonight’s 15 minute bedtime yoga stretch has lots of great evening yoga poses such as sphinx, reclined quad stretches, cat/cow, eagle arms and various forward folds. This is suitable for all experience levels and no props are required.
