Welcome to Day 3 of the Evening Yoga Movement! This is a 15 minute bedtime yoga stretch that will start with some upper body release into your neck, shoulders and sides of the waist before targeting your hips and hamstrings.

No props are required and this is suitable for all levels. We’ll explore poses like seated neck release, half butterfly folds, reclined IT band stretch and seated twists.
