Overview

Hi everyone, thank you for joining me this morning! I’ll take you through this short but effective power yoga class to help energize you for the day ahead. I’ll be using two blocks in this class but they are OPTIONAL. You can absolutely do this class without props, it’s up to you.

We will strengthen and tone as a way to give ourselves a boost of energy in the morning while also stretching our muscles. Remember to breathe deeply and enjoy the process, even when it’s challenging!

You can expect poses like laying triangle, pyramid pose, chair pose and balancing table.
