Hi everyone, thanks for joining me on the mat this morning! I’ll take you through this 15 minute morning yoga sequence to get you ready for the day ahead. This is a full body practice with a good mix of strength and stretch. Nothing too strenuous or intense, we’re just trying to wake ourselves up and feel really good in our bodies.
