Welcome everyone! I’ve got a great 20 minute grounding yoga class for you that’s ideal to do at the end of the day to help prepare for sleep. We will move really slowly in and out of some full body stretches to promote flexibility and relaxation. This hatha class will help you stretch out your body from head to toe in a very relaxing way. There are no standing poses, only seated and reclined to help you unwind and slow things down.
This class is great for beginners and doesn’t require any props. Do it after work or before going into bed to give your body a nice treat! A lovely bedtime yoga flow.
