Hey yogis, this week I’m bringing you a simple but fun 20 minute beginner vinyasa flow yoga class for strength and flexibility. This is great for yogis just getting into their practice who want something slower paced that still hits all the marks. We’ll move in and out of poses slowly to build balance and foundational strength. You can expect a really good stretch in your hips and hamstrings as well. No props required! Kassandra, thank you for another great flow! I love that you explain exactly how my body should be positioned. Where i should feel pressure or no pressure and the thoroughness of the position or move
I did this as my morning practice today, right out of bed, before coffee! A nice gentle, thorough routine. I think this would be really good for somebody just starting to do yoga….
Aloha Kassandra. This practice hit just the right note no matter what “level” one is as a yogi. I felt as though I was receiving a full body and spiritual hug and still feel a soft, radiating energy as I write this. Though I have been practicing with you for several years, I seldom comment but this was a beautiful practice. Mahalo nui loa for this and all the practices you give us. Namaste.

I really like the 20 minute timeslot for yoga in the morning Kassandra, would you consider Creating a morning challenge Similar to the 10 minute Challenge you had created a couple of years ago
Are you following Twenty is Plenty right now? You could do them mostly all in the morning. The super bedtime ones you could always repeat one of the other ones
