This is a gentle full body seated yoga stretch, perfect to do any time of day. Although this is a full body practice, we target the side body, an area often neglected. We will be doing lots of side body bending and twists!. My hope is that you feel more at ease and comfortable in your body by the end of this practice. No props are required, great for all levels.
