Overview

Hey everyone, welcome to my channel. Today I’m bringing you an energizing power yoga class to help wake you up in the morning. Activate your power center by strengthening your core, legs and shoulders while also getting a full body stretch. Don’t be intimidated by the title, you can do this!

I would say this is best suited for intermediate students but beginners can certainly follow along and modify poses or leave things out as needed. There are no props required.

Morning practices are your opportunity to set the tone for the day ahead. Choose your one word intention and let me know in the comments below!
