Hey everyone, let’s begin our day with a yummy morning yin yoga class for full body flexibility. This is a lovely stretch you can do in the morning with just one block. If you don’t have a block, you can simply use a folded blanket or a pillow. This is suitable for all levels.

We’ll go through poses like supported knee to chest, reclined butterfly, yogi squat, ragdoll and sphinx. Use this time to really set your intention for the day ahead.
