Overview

Hi everyone, thank you for joining me in this next edition of my elemental yoga series. Today we will connect with the element of earth through grounding and balancing poses. The element of earth is associated with stability, nourishment, steadfastness, grounding and strength. It also relates to the root muladhara chakra so most of our poses will be focusing on the lower body.

This is a beginner to intermediate level class with no props required. You can expect poses like bridge, tree pose, bear pose and reclined hero. We’ll finish with a short seated meditation using Prithvi mudra to connect further with this element. Enjoy!
